LangServ™ from Greymount Technology Ltd is an application that allows the effective management of all the day- to-day activities involved in running a Language Service. LangServ™ provides an integrated solution for:

  • capturing and storage of service requests;
  • matching requests to suitable translators and/or interpreters;
  • production of management reports for monitoring trends and performance analysis;
