Dec 2006: LangServ successfully installed in Coventry – a Joint partnership between City Council & PCT. Go-live is scheduled for January 1st, 2007.

Dec 2006:Language Line (face-to-face interpreting service) continue to experience the full benefits of the LangServ Solution in their 7th month of operation.

June 2006: The Face-to-face Interpreting Service at Language Line Services (the pioneer & market leader of Telephone Interpreting services in the U.K.) successfully implemented a customised version of the LangServ product.
Following an intense requirements capture exercise, Greymount implemented the changes and delivered the application in record time. The subsequent user testing period & sign-off enabled the system to 'go live' on June 5th, 2006 with minimum disruption to the service.

LangServ has proved to be a worthwhile investment for Language Line where the efficiency levels of the service were immediately evident from the first day of 'go-live'.
